If your team chases tasks, enters data more than once, or makes decisions with incomplete information, we can help. We understand the process, connect your systems, and build the software you need to coordinate work and make more informed decisions.
From one process to a complex operation. For businesses of any size.

Tasks and responsibilities in view.
We bring tasks, rules, and approvals into an application so the team can see what is missing, what comes next, and what to do when an exception arises.

01What we can
help you solve.
Delays, errors, and missing information are often connected. We examine the whole process and design how people, applications, and data should work together.
What your system cannot handle falls to your team.
When a tool cannot accommodate your rules or exceptions, work moves into messages, spreadsheets, and manual fixes. We design systems that reflect how your business operates, including special cases, so you can handle them within the process.

Your systems do not talk. Your team bridges the gap.
Moving information between tools takes time and leaves room for errors. We integrate the systems you already use so they can share data and coordinate actions, with rules and checks that keep information consistent.

Different cases need different paths.
A request may need different steps, owners, or approvals depending on its type. We design workflows that follow the right path for each case and bring the outcome into one system, so your team does not have to improvise the route.

02First, understand
what needs to change.
Before proposing technology, we work with your team to understand the problem and the outcome you need. We define an initial scope and take responsibility for design, integrations, and launch.

Understand the operation before defining the solution.
We investigate how the work happens, where it breaks down, and which rules, exceptions, and constraints the solution must respect.

03When we can
help.
A change in the business, a limit you can no longer work around, or an idea that needs to take shape. These are some signs it is worth a conversation.
Your business has changed. Your tools have not.
We identify what to keep, connect, or develop so new processes do not depend on temporary workarounds.
Work is growing faster than your team can handle.
We identify which tasks and follow-ups can be automated, and where a person still needs to review the work.
One failure brings everything else to a halt.
We examine how processes depend on one another. Connections, checks, and exception paths are designed as parts of one solution.
You want to put a specialized process into practice.
We turn its rules, data, and decision criteria into a tool your team can use in their everyday work.
The answer may be to make better use of what you have, connect your systems, or develop something new. If an existing tool solves the problem well, we normally recommend using it.
Clear answers about fit, scope, ownership, and support.
Is Dacompass right for a business like mine?
We can help if work depends on too much manual follow-up, information gets lost between tools, or your systems cannot handle the rules and decisions you need. Business size is not the deciding factor. We can start with one concrete problem.
Do I have to replace my current systems?
Not necessarily. We often connect what is already in place, automate steps between systems, or build tools to cover specific operational gaps. We can also work alongside your internal technology team.
How do we decide where to start?
First, we understand what you want to improve, how work happens today, and the constraints involved. We review your tools, rules, and intended outcomes. From there, we define a concrete first phase and what to keep, connect, or develop.
How much does a project cost and how long does it take?
It depends on the scope, integrations, and technical complexity. Once we understand the problem well enough, we present a proposal with the estimated scope, timeline, and cost.
Who owns the code, and what happens if we stop working together?
The client owns the code, and we aim to keep the infrastructure and services under the client’s control. This keeps ownership of the system in your hands even if our collaboration ends.
What happens after the system goes live?
We can continue with support, maintenance, and new development phases, or hand over the project for the client’s team to operate.
Do I have to purchase a monthly or quarterly support plan?
No. We offer monthly or quarterly plans for clients who need ongoing support and maintenance, but they are entirely optional. Project delivery is not contingent on purchasing one.
